Diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus 16 years ago I was told to only do light cardio, maybe pilates or yoga and to completely ignore more strenuous types of training. Instead, over the past 15 years I’ve harnessed the power of physical activity to overcome my own health challenges. My journey has fuelled my passion to become a Coach and empower women of all backgrounds to achieve transformative results both physically and mentally. I specialise in helping women to optimise their health and shift their mindset, whilst cultivating an environment steeped in empathetic support and practical guidance.

Specialising in resistance training my approach is pragmatic and realistic, understanding that each person's journey is unique.
